About the Company:
We are one of the UK’s largest property security, maintenance, and management companies.
We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman/Labourer for a long-term, full-time position in the southeast region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Property clearance, including cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties.
- Removal of unwanted items, such as furniture and waste.
- Assistance with installation and removal of steel doors, screens, and Perma steel.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (Hours may vary due to traveling to and from jobs, but you will be paid for this as well.)
This is a permanent role after 13 weeks probation if all goes well.
Estimated Salary: £15.15/hour (£31,500/year)
Requirements:
- Coverage will be across the southeast region, not just in Leyton.
- Candidates will be required to complete an induction.
- A Driving License is essential.
