Job Description
One of our beloved staff members of 7 years has moved out of the city and so we have a rare foh position available. Here at FK (formerly Frank’s Kitchen Est. 2010), our focus is on wine, beautiful elevated food and warm informed service. We are independently owned and are a fine dining Michelin recommended restaurant.
We are looking for a full time professional career server who is also a proficient bartender and experienced in both positions. Serving shifts will be your focus with the odd bartending shift. Extensive food and wine knowledge is needed. We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays with an early crowd (no late nights). Minimum of 3 years fine dining experience is required. Must have great passion for food, wine and guest experience. You must be presently located in Toronto with related experience at 2 top fine dining Toronto restaurants. There is a high level detailed comprehension test to be written on wine and fine dining cuisine knowledge.
