Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an essential role in the day-to-day operations, including:
- Loading and Unloading: Moving drums and items within the warehouse.
- Stock Management:
- Quality checks on incoming stock (visual checks, run-offs, paperwork, labels).
- Ensuring stock is stored in designated locations.
- Maintaining accurate records in computerised systems.
- Order Fulfilment:
- Cutting cables accurately based on business priorities.
- Picking items from correct batches and locations.
- Returns and Maintenance:
- Completing and submitting paperwork.
- Dismantling drums for supplier returns.
What’s On Offer?
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Bonus: 10% bonus, paid bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually – your choice!
- Flexible Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
