The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Educate customers about our coffee menu and assist them in making beverage selections.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment.
- Participate in regular coffee tastings to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for coffee.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
