Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Wise Head, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
