Manpower is currently recruiting for a Night Cover Distribution Operative working for one of our manufacturing clients based in Ashford, Kent
Working Monday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
Join a world leader in the fragrance and flavour industry as a Distribution Operative! In this role, you will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. You’ll ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a safe working environment. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in logistics or warehouse environments, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing warehouse inventory
- Following company policies and procedures in accordance with health & safety regulations
- Ensuring raw materials are moved around site safely using FLT Counterbalance
- Maintaining safety standards
- Goods receipting, booking in and sampling of Raw Materials
- Loading/Unloading Raw Materials ready for distribution
What we are looking for:
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player – can do attitude
- Basic PC skills
- Full Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferable
