Join our dynamic team at Creator Warehouse, the company behind the innovative and highly acclaimed LTT Backpack, screwdriver, and more! You’ll be a vital part of our journey, driving efficiency and excellence in our Operations Department.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing weekly sales and order forecasts for the Creator Warehouse business. This role involves independent analysis, delivering concise and actionable insights to inform decision-making across the key stakeholders of the business. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with suppliers to ensure product availability through optimized inventory levels, improve demand planning, and clear communications. They should be skilled in tracking inventory performance, analyzing key metrics, and addressing supply risks, with strong leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.As a Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Responsibilities
    • Track inventory levels, turnover, fill rates, and obsolete stock. Implement strategies to optimize stock and ensure availability.
    • Improve forecast accuracy and stability while assisting with new product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial projects.
    • Manage purchase orders with suppliers, adjusting as needed and communicating supply issues internally.

    • Partnering with Product Development teams to align inventory planning with future product launches.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 5 years of experience in Planning/Forecasting
    • Strong analytical & communication skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite

    Compensation:For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD$85,000 and $120,000 per year. These projects will also involve creating and adapting design work for digital platforms.As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Duties:
    • Develop and design products, graphic elements, and visual solutions for merchandise
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet all design needs, including creating dielines, packaging, visual branding elements, and label designs
    • Create and adapt visual assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and digital ads to complement merchandise and branding strategies
