Job Title: Events Assistant (Temporary – April 28th, 2025 – June 23rd, 2025)

Job Type: Temporary (Full-time, Seasonal)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated event assistants to join our team from April 28th, 2025, to June 23rd, 2025. As an events assistant, you will play a vital role in organizing inventory, supporting event setups and takedowns, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during events. If you are a strong, reliable individual who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Inventory counting and control
– Inventory assembly and boxing
– Shelving, sorting, and labeling inventory using filing systems and color codes
– Loading and unloading inventory
– Creating floral arrangements
– Assisting with event setups and teardowns
– Helping to organize and manage storage and event supplies
– Transporting inventory to and from event locations using a U-Haul truck
– Assisting with specific event tasks such as setting up backdrops, chair covers, charger plates, napkins, centerpieces, candles, lighting, etc.
Requirements:
– Must have a valid driver’s license
– Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry event supplies.
– Availability for flexible work hours, primarily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with occasional weekend work when events are scheduled
– Passionate, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our events
– Willingness to follow clear instructions and directions during event setups
