Make an impact
– To process the ownership of the complete order processing cycle, from customer orders to invoice.
– To ensure the correct delivery time, creating the order, creating purchase request, booking goods intake, creating delivery notes, custom clearance and customer invoices.
– To maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
– Co-ordinate with logistics partners, organising and tracking deliveries and import-export documents.
– Working closely and aligning with the Finance Department on overdues, invoicing, tax and other financial topics.
– Identify and implement process enhacements to increase operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed
– Knowledge and experience in operations, with a focus on order processing, invoicing logistics and customs.
– Good understanding and experience in SAP.
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
