| Role Description | • Positive and proactive response is required to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene standards, GMP standards, training, and supervision. • Uses and adheres to Company processes / systems. • Demonstrates competent numeracy & literacy skills to interpret data and work instructions. • Demonstrates effective team working & communication skills. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks to specified standards. • Ability to adapt according to business pressures/needs i.e., plan changes. • Ability to learn routine procedures and perform to specified standards and processes. • Takes responsibility for providing satisfactory standard of work against expected levels. • Flexibility to be moved/trained across the site and to utilise skills in other departments. • Ensure operation of equipment and work practices as trained when required. • Effective cleaning of lines and equipment to required standards. • Receptive to/participate in being trained for other lines/processes. • Supporting and training new team members on lines/processes you are competent in performing.These are some of the key tasks, not a comprehensive list of all tasks undertaken by the jobholder.
