About the role:
As a Software Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain software applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, and other technologies.
- Design and implement database solutions using Oracle and SQL.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Utilize Python and Snowflake for data processing and analytics.
- Create and manage dashboards using ThoughtSpot and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply knowledge of the financial services industry to develop relevant solutions.
- Follow end-to-end systems development life cycles, including waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches to software development.
- Understand and apply design patterns in software development.
- Define and design solutions leveraging model-driven design-based tools and techniques, including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization, including executives, management, and individual contributors.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
What you will need:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, database management, CI/CD, Python, Snowflake.
- Methodologies: Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- Design and Communication: Strong understanding of design patterns, solutions design, and requirements definition. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and the ability to mentor and coach others.
Added Bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of Dashboarding tools PowerBI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot is an added advantage.
- Experience in the Financial/Fintech services industry.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model-driven design-based tools and techniques.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts.
