Tap Phong Trading Co. is a renowned institution in the food service industry, dedicated to providing excellent products and customer service. We are seeking a reliable and organized Stockroom and Shipping Assistant to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with receiving and organizing stock, preparing customer orders for shipping, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and Organize Stock: Receive deliveries, inspect for damage, and organize stock in the stockroom.
- Prepare Orders for Shipping: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Restock Shelves: Maintain store inventory by restocking shelves as needed.
- Maintain Stockroom: Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate in picking and packing orders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
