Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties
– Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
– Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
– Ensure accuracy in order delivery
– Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
– Handle cash and card transactions accurately
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Skills
– Proficiency in cashiering and basic math skills
– Knowledge of restaurant operations and food preparation
– Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry practices
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist guests effectively
– Upselling techniques to promote additional items
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
