Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble kitchen and bath cabinets according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials.
- Install components as needed, ensuring all parts meet required standards.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or assembly is preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed for assembly tasks.
