Minster, a leading distributor of specialist insulation and dry lining materials in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Warehouse Operative who’s as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
Location: Minster Units 3 & 4, North Point Business Centre, West Drayton, UB7 8EQ
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles – using a forklift where needed
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
- Pick items to fulfil customer orders
- Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
- Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work street chains, online stores and holiday agents

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Background working with construction products desirable
- Counter Balance Forklift experience is essential
- A flexible approach to work
- A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
- A confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face
- Previous forklift experience is essential
