The Role

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that is heavily focused on picking and packing high volumes of orders each day. You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift, lifting, moving, and organising products to ensure everything leaves the warehouse accurately, on time, and in perfect condition.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced work, take pride in precision, and love being part of a hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack large volumes of orders daily to meet tight deadlines
Lift, move, and load stock safely using correct manual handling techniques
Check incoming goods against paperwork and process stock into our system
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Use company systems and third-party logistics portals with accuracy
Handle returns and stock replenishment in line with company procedures
Support regular stock counts and report discrepancies or damages

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Skills & Experience:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
Basic IT skills for system use and inventory management
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks safely and repeatedly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Self-starter who takes pride in their work
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to work efficiently under limited supervision
