We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with the smooth operations of our warehouse. Tasks include shipping and receiving and inventory management and preparing meters for sealing. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Order fulfilment including the receiving, tagging and shipping of material through the warehouse
- Organizing and cleaning the warehouse
- Assist with order fulfilment process including the receiving and shipping material through the warehouse
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
- Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries.
- Inventory management using the SAP system
- Report and communicate any issue/matter relating to sealing process and provide assistance as required
Skills and Experience required:
- Grade 12 High School diploma required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with metering equipment and communication systems is an asset
- Ability to use a pallet jack and to lift up to a minimum of 60 pounds
- Ability to identify, plan, organize, prioritize in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be fluent in English
- Competent in a Windows Office environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP software and data entry an asset
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
