Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient, timely, and safe handling of products within our warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks that involve receiving, processing, and shipping orders while ensuring that the goods are organized and stored in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and label products for shipment based on orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and updates.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to supervisors promptly.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity for extended periods.Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a benefit.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
