Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated and experienced Machine/Warehouse Operative to join our valued client based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders
- Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy
- Use tools, machinery, and assembly lines effectively to assemble products
- Report any defects or quality issues to the supervisor
- Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment is essential
- Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on
- Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Benefits & Additional Information:
- Working days are Tuesday – Saturday
- Working hours are 9:00am until 18:00pm
- 23 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
