My client, a House Builder, are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Marketing Assistant for their property development projects.
This multifaceted role requires a blend of design, marketing, and project management skills, with a focus on creating compelling presentations and visual content that align with their brand identity and development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, design, and property development, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website management tools.
• Strong photography skills and experience managing visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
