Position Summary:
IEM is looking for a Full-Time- Software Adoption Specialist (Trainer) to join our project team.
Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in United States.
- Candidates will work remote with travel to client place at Washington, DC as per business need.
Travel Requirements:
- This position require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.
Essential Functions:
- Educates individuals or groups internal users, external users, and other stakeholders on how to effectively use of the Microsoft Power Apps web portal, tailoring instruction to meet varying skill levels and needs.
- Develop training materials, conduct workshops or sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure users can maximize the software’s capabilities and improve productivity.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three (3)- Five (5) years software training experience.
- Need to be with strong technical background, strong communications skills, technical documentation experience
- Eligibility to obtain US government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in related field
- Training experience in Microsoft Power Platforms, various software platforms, Federal experience, SOR training experience.

- Starting Salary based on experience & location: $100,000 – $120,000.

Additional Location and Travel Information:
- Internet Requirements: All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.
