About Us
The Chase Restaurant Group is a passionate team dedicated to hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences. Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025. This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.
Role
As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing warm hospitality, expert menu knowledge, and seamless service. You’ll anticipate guest needs, ensure accuracy in orders, and work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, and wine.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring service exceeds expectations.
- Follow established service standards to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Handle special requests and dietary needs with care.
Operational Excellence
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, server stations, and tables.
- Ensure all food safety, allergy protocols, and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
- Manage cash handling and accurate reporting.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Service experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Must haveavalid Smart Serve certification.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
- Exceptionally hospitable and professional, focusing on guest satisfaction and experience.
- Excellent communicator and works well with a team.
- Ability to work long-standing shifts with some physical requirements such as lifting and pushing.
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
